Courteous and professional
We had put off replacing our roof for as long as we dared, so when the insurance inspector showed up, he had no trouble deciding it was time. We went with Feazel because of their reputation. Every search we made for roofing companies had them at the top of the list. We also opted to add solar shingles to our project. They delivered all the materials to our home prior to installation day, and had the roof completed in less than a day. Connecting the solar part took a bit longer, but it involved an electrical contractor and permits and inspections and such. With the tax incentive of adding solar shingles to the project, and insurance covering about half of the total cost, we should be able to recover our investment in a solar roof in much less time than if we had purchased a separate solar panel system. When responding to all of my questions and concerns--and I had a lot of them--I must say that everyone involved with Feazel was extremely polite and accommodating. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

Travis Hull did a great job coordinating the inspection of our roof with our insurance carrier, and Jerry Farrell did a great job managing the actual reroofing of our house in our absence while my wife had surgery.
Phenomenal Experience with Stellar Work
I could not have asked for a better experience. Chris Brosnan (Sales) and Jerry Farrell (Project Manager) were terrific. They walked me through every step of the process and kept me well informed throughout the project (texts, pictures, full explanations). The roof replacement was a very unexpected expense; however, Chris and Jerry did everything they could to help. Stellar work. I now have piece of mind my home is safe, and that is priceless.
Quick Gutter Job
The crew arrived mid-morning and replace all of the gutters and downspouts in just 3 hours. The crew was respectful and did a great job cleaning up. Job looks great.
Awesome one day roof job
The team showed up on time, was respectful of the landscaping and our neighbors. The crew worked hard and finished up by 7 pm. They did a great job cleaning up.

It all started with Zac, he helped me with my insurance claims and worked everything out to be able to afford a new roof, gutters, and eaves. He was a great help . Then the crew came early in the morning tore off old roof and installed new roof in 1 day. Amazing! Then came the next day they did the eaves and gutters which was done in one day. Very hard and pleasant workers. Exceptional cleanup. Really satisfied customer and would recommend Feazel to anyone who needs a roof or any other products they offer. Also can’t leave out Brenda who was my go-to for any questions and scheduling when the project started. Everyone I talked with at Feazel were very professional, friendly and accommodated to whatever questions, problems (which were zero), and just very helpful. Thank you for a great experience.
Trustworthy and efficient
We have had our roof for 3 years now. We’ve had a cpouple of warranty issues handled promptly and efficiently. Excellent service and we were extremely pleased with the initial roof replacement in one day on the hottest day of the year in Jult!

Professional, friendly people with quality materials and I can't say enough good things about them and their work. Lots if people checking in with my almost daily to double check plans and following up after the install was complete. I've never had this type of communication and customer service. Awesome!!

April 2024 Roof replacement
Very happy with Feazel. Showed up in the morning day 1 and immediately got to work. Finished up day 2 and did a fantastic job cleaning up. Our flower beds and landscaping were not damaged in any way. They did a fantastic job cleaning up nails and debris. Would recommend to anyone that needs a new roof.
