Roofing and Gutters - Fantastic job, very pleased
We were so pleased with every aspect of the job done by Feazel Roofing, which included replacing the roof of our house, garage, and gutters. Our salesperson, Zach Pigg, was very personable and very knowledgeable. He performed the initial inspection and gave us information on everything from the scope of work needed to a virtual preview of the shingle choices using a photo of our house. He communicated with us at every step along the way, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Zach worked tirelessly behind the scenes with the insurance company and obtaining insurance coverage for a new roof. This included a comprehensive NTS report, many photos and an analysis of our roof damage and what our homeowners policy covered. When installation day arrived, we were very impressed with the large work crew that came out. They worked really hard in very hot weather, completing the job in one day. They did a thorough clean up as well. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful new roof and with everyone we encountered at Feazel. They went above and beyond to make sure the process was not only painless but actually enjoyable. This was because we were treated with consideration and respect by everyone at Feazel. We appreciate their support, professionalism, availability and hard work. I wanted to add that our gutters and downspouts were completed and the result was top notch!
Brandon went above and beyond
I just can't say enough good things about Brandon Aselage and Feazel Roofing. Brandon patiently worked with my insurance company for over a year, trying to get them to approve a full roof replacement and getting them to finish paying for the roof after the work was done. Long after I would have given up, Brandon continued to work with various members of my insurance company to get the work approved, keeping me updated along the way. Everyone I had contact with, from the team who actually installed the roof, to the different members who I worked with along the way, were courteous and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Feazel to anyone who needs a new roof or roof-related work done.
Roof replacement on Fry Road
Our experience with Feazel was great. We got the price we wanted, it was scheduled in a couple of weeks, work was completed on time, and the clean-up was great. During installation they found a broken rafter beam, and fixed it without asking for an adder. Frank the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. Overall, a very good experience!

We are happy to report that we are very pleased with the job performed. It turned out way better than we anticipated. Workers were very courteous, respectful, answered any question I and cleaned up afterwards. We could not be happier. I would recommend this company to anyone. Roofing Replacement
As a homeowner, replacing a roof can be very stressful especially given the cost of architectural shingles and the timeline for completion. However, I must say that the Feazel team consisting of Drew Velez (Field Supervisor) who had all the patience to answer all of our questions no matter how many times, and took the time to guide us on how to start the process. I really appreciated their clear communication with us regarding timeline and how to prepare our home for re-roofing. I highly commend Jerry Farrell (Project Manager) for his excellence in supervising his work crew and in the close attention he gave to the quality of the project. He went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with the finished result. My experience with Feazel was outstanding! They have done other excellent work in our neighborhood as well.
AMAZING JOB!
We had the best experience with Feazel Roof. From the start with David and his invaluable experience and knowledge, to Mason and Cody‘s attentive and thorough help throughout the project. The crew led by Carlos was unbelievable! The entire team was amazing even working tirelessly through a heat wave! They were a well oiled machine expertly managed. We had total trust in the entire operation. Feazel is definitely a fantastic company with even better people to work with. Highly recommend!!
Excellent & Professional
Bill Applegate was asked to perform an assessment on our roof as an inspector identified some areas that needed a roofing professional review to determine if there were any issues that required repair, replacement or complete new roof. Bill took the time to walk us through everything he was looking at around the house to determine is there was any hail damage before he even got up on the roof. He did a thorough assessment and took the time to write a summary report with pictures of our roof that included explanations of what each picture showed. His integrity and professionalism was evident. You have a top notch associate on you team. Thank you Bill and Feazel!
Nick V was great!
Nick came out to look at our condo roof. He spent a bit of time investigating and identified the source of multiple leaks. He was patient and listened to me before he started his review. He videotaped and photographed the source of many issues and he did temp fixes where it was warranted. We will definitely ask for Nick to come out to fix all the roof issues. It’s just nice to know there are true professionals out there that want to help and be exceptional at their jobs! Give that man a raise!
Service excellence, professional and prompt
We recently had our roof replaced by Feazel. From start to finish, it was a seamless process. The job was done in one day by a very courteous and professional team. The supervisor was extremely communicative and walked me around as roof was being replaced to discuss roof issues. The crew worked from 7am until 8 pm to complete the job and clean up was spot on. The supervisor checked in periodically throughout the day and then again the following day. I highly recommend Feazel for your roofing needs. Their team of experienced professionals are top notch!
